  Voluntary Control Council for Interference (VCCI) by Information Technology Equipment indicates that a product has utilizes the low electromagnetic emission. VCCI certification or mark serves as proof that a product has met the prescribed standards through testing.

  National Access License (NAL) is an obligatory certification requirement for telecommunication equipment in China . It is provided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), an authority which is also responsible for maintaining and interconnecting public telecommunication networks.
